I’m James Shingles, a Breckenridge real estate broker and partner with Breckenridge Associates Real Estate. I first moved to Summit County in 1994 and have called Breckenridge home since 1995. After more than 30 years in the community and more than 20 years helping clients buy and sell mountain property, I offer the local perspective that can only be developed through decades of living and working here.

In 2025, I represented clients in more than $30 million in real estate transactions. My experience includes luxury homes, ski-in/ski-out properties, condominiums, investment properties, second homes and vacant land throughout Breckenridge and Summit County.
